Webcast: Re-building a Successful Retirement in Spite of No Time, No

When:  Sep 12, 2013 from 12:30 PM to 04:00 PM (MT)

What does retirement "success" look like?  Is it mere idleness?  Endless projects?    Playing with the grandkids?  Part-time work?  Day trading?  Arts and Hobbies?  Restoring muscle cars?  More golf? CPAs and their clients often spend more time planning a vacation than they do planning on how they'll live out the retirement decades of their lives.  This class assumes that a majority of the professional "Boomer," Gen X, Gen Y, and Millennial segments of our population have concerns about retirement, and about the non-financial as well as the financial aspects thereof.  Mr. McGowan, a former lawyer, stockbroker, fund raiser, corporate trainer, and current writer, has been semi-retired for 12 years, and enjoys it.  He will use lecture, discussion, writing exercises, and group activities to explore retirement issues.  More time will be spent on portfolio repair than Spiritual Ascent.
