Webcast: Effective Decision Making

Great decision-making is not about being a genius.  It is about knowing certain thinking tricks and avoiding certain thinking traps.  In this session, you will gain an appreciation for short-term versus long-term decision making. You will learn how to get past the use of cognitive traps such as stereotypes, and you will come to grips with the role of values clarity in decision making.  Finally, you will focus on how to frame decisions for others to positively to maximize decision commitment.
