Some of your clients are about to make the second-largest purchase in their life: a college education for their children. For some a college education can cost $20,000 to $50,000—annually. And in today's economic environment, your clients will want you, their trusted adviser, to assist them every step of the way.  This course covers the various options for obtaining financial aid and how to best determine the financial aid that is right for your client. You'll learn how to conduct a needs analysis, expected family contribution, need aid vs. merit aid, type of financial aid and financial aid forms. Learn about the various federal and private loans available, as well as grants and scholarships.  We'll take some time to talk about graduate school costs and funding options. Additionally, we'll uncover educational tax benefits for students and their families.
