Obama Health Care Bill & Other Federal Income Tax Update

In its landmark decision, the Supreme Court upholds President Obama's signature health care bill (i.e., Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA)), including the controversial individual mandate. The PPACA contains numerous income tax provisions already in effect and many more coming in 2013 and later. This course will concentrate on the Federal income tax issues of the PPACA and other legislation affecting both individual and businesses in 2012 and later.
