The FAF Board of Trustees announced the appointment of former SEC Chief Accountant James L. Kroeker as a member and vice chairman of the Financial Accounting Standards Board, effective September 1. Jim fills a vacancy created by the retirement on June 30 of former FASB Chairman Leslie F. Seidman.
